Angelo Bartolomeo, age 98, formerly of Salt Point Rd., Watkins Glen, NY passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Home in Montour Falls, NY.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Noon on Friday July 2, 2010 at St. Mary's of the Lake Church, Decatur St., Watkins Glen, NY with Father Paul Bonacci, Celebrant.  Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Watkins Glen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Mary's of the Lake Church, PO Box 289, Watkins Glen, NY  14891.

Angelo was born in Italy on September 11, 1911.  He was married for 63 years to Agnes Solometo, who predeceased him on March 6, 1997. He retired from International Salt Co. in Watkins Glen, NY.

Angelo is survived by his sons, Frank (Joann) Bartolomeo of Williamsport, PA and Patrick Bartolomeo of Watkins Glen; his granddaughters, Brenda (Todd) Kremser, Susan Blank, and Patricia Whitney; great grandchildren, Jamie Blank, Natasha Blank, Alexandra Whitney, Andrew Kremser, and Kyle Kremser; and great great grandson, Angelo Blank.
